For a care-free worldly life, self-surrender is absolutely necessary. Unless we surrender ourselves fully and unconditionally to that Supreme Divine Power Baba Sai Nath, we are all the time feeling restless out of false sense of responsibility. A worldly man thinks that he is responsible for his actions, for the well-being of others who have been placed in charge of him by the Divinity. As I said earlier that One and One alone is the Creator of this universe, and it is His job to run His show. It is none of your job interfere in His work. He knows His job thoroughly well. When we project our own puny, little will in the working of His Divine Will, we are in for trouble. This foul sense of false 'I', this false ego, is the source of all troubles. Understand fully, unless you learn to lay your responsibilities at the feet of your Divine Master Baba Sai Nath, till then you are bound to suffer mental agony, mental distress, mental worry all the time. Remember, mental suffering is worse than physical suffering, and when you surrender yourself to the Divinity, to Baba Sai Nath, you get in return The Divine Grace, which completely washes your mind of all its impurities. You get The Divine Grace of Baba Sai Nath exactly in proportion, to the amount of self-surrender that you offer. Complete self-surrender is not so easy as you may think. Self-surrender is not easy as you may think. Self-surrender is the first step on the ladder of spirituality and it is also the last step. The day your self-surrender is complete, you have reached the top. You are a free soul. You have realised you highest ambition which you have been cherishing for thousands of lives. Complete self-surrender is freedom , freedom from all bondage, freedom from the fear of life and death. Complete self-surrender means that little 'I' has merged into the supreme 'I' of Baba Sai Nath.

Self - surrender denotes that there is One and One alone, Baba Sai Nath and the whole world is His creation. He runs the whole show. We are none to do anything. The life of every creature is being controlled by that One Creator. Since it is His responsibility to run His show, then where do we come into the picture and take responsibility for doing our works. Even our jobs are His jobs, our works are His works. Even when we are doing something, actually it is He who is doing that work through our bodies, minds and intellects. This fact we must understand. This is surrender . Swami Ramakrishna well said, "I am instrument and You play upon that instrument, I am a machine and You are the operator, I am the engine and You are the driver. You drive me to act, You drive me to act, You drive me to do all sorts of things from morning till night." This is self-surrender. If somebody sitting in the train falsely gets the idea into his head that the train is carrying so much burden and thinking that , he picks up his baggage and puts it on his head, you will laugh at him. But, precisly we are all doing the same thing. You will say that when the train is carrying the whole load including himself, where on earth is the need for him to carry his load. He is not going to lighten the train's burden anyhow. Similarly, if we take responsibility for our actions, it will not lighten the responsibility of God. God all the same, is the doer. When we take out the doership of actions and we feel He is the doer, that is precisely true self-surrender. So give up the sense of responsibility of doing anything. Feel from the core of your heart that Baba Sai Nath makes you do things. He makes you move. Ask yourself, how do you come here every morning. Somebody from inside prompts you to come every morning? That is Baba Sai Nath. Similarly in all actions, see how the today acts. Realise that and you will realise the Truth.

Baba Sai Nath has got great love for children. Remember when you grow up, you must keep your innocent nature if you want to be dear to Him. As a child, you do not have that cleverness, which later on elders develop. That cleverness, hatred and all the other evil qualities come when once you cross this age of childhood and go into adolescent age. Keep up you child-like nature. Baba Sai Nath Himself is child - like. Therefore, he likes the company of children. Even if the elders want to realise God, they will have to go back ,unlearn all that they have learnt during their adolescent age and they will have to be children again to be acceptable to Baba Sai Nath. Therefore I have to tell you children, in all earnestness, to be childlike all your life. Don't try to grow up into cleverness. And you will find that Baba Sai Nath is always by your side. See a child's character. The child depends for almost everything on its mother. Similarly when you grow up, depend for everything on your Divine Mother Baba Sai Nath. Never think you can do anything yourself. Know for certain that your mother shall provide you with all the necessities. The child does not want to accumulate things because he knows that whatever is necessary shall be provided for by The Divine Mother. Similarly, when you grow up, keep up this attitude. You must not entertain any desires. Whatever is necessary, you shall be provided for by The Divine Mother automatically. This sense of self-surrender only comes to a children nature. One who is clever, one who has become adolescent in nature, for him it becomes very difficult to surrender to God. Whenever and elderly persons surrenders to God. He becomes absolutely childlike as innocent as a child.

Baba Sai Nath has so much love for all of you, His children, because as I said, He Himself is child like. Like wants to keep the company of children. People who are clever, people who have got a wrong sense of pride and egoism, who think they are very intelligent, they are moneyed people, rich people, they are this, they are that. He detests them. He does not like them to come near Him. Therefore, understand the working of the Divine Mind, and be childlike, free of the least trace of pride and egoism and you will find that your life shall be blissful and happy throughout.

My Children always remain engaged in the selfless service of mankind.

If you do your work egolessly, this very work becomes dedicated worship.

DIVINE PATH

O Mother ! My redeemer

When originally the creator thought of creating the creation. The Divine Mother created an infinite womb, which is called in our scriptures as Hiranya Garbh, an infinite womb. And all the creations - there are countless planets, countless solar systems, of which the scientists cannot possibly keep track. They have been able to find out some solar systems by their instruments. But there are a multiple number of solar systems beyond. Where they have no reach and they gave it the name of 'Milky Way'. In that Milky Way there are countless solar systems, so many suns and every sun surrounded by so many planets like our's. And that whole thing is in one infinite womb. When you imagine that this planet of ours is ninty three crores of miles from the sun, then by your - own brain and intellect understand there are counltess suns like that , so many bigger than this solar system. And all of them are being created sustained and destroyed in one Divine womb. And that womb, that infinite womb, does that give you an idea how infinite is that? That is just a part of the Divinity. Imagine in your mind, in countless planets, there are countless, creations. But every thing is being ruled by strict order and law. The life of every being is strictly ruled by a definite se of order and law. There is no disorder in it anywhere, in these countless, creations, in countless planets. When you begin to have even a little glimpse of His Creation by the Grace of The Holy Divine Mother, your false ego is crushed to pieces, is smithereened. You being to feel how funny a human being is. What can he possibly do in millions of creations, in millions of planets. Even to say that he is a bubble in that infinite ocean is a greatest lie. That is from one angle. Of course from the other angle, he is part and parcel of that Divinity. An integral part and the part is the same as the whole. But that is a different thing, a different picture altogether.

Unless we become children, it is dust that we will get in the long run. Unless we become childlike at the end of our lives, we shall find that we are departing from this world with nothing, it is dust that we have got, we have accumlated in our whole lives. Be childlike. Be children again. Unlearn what you have learnt. I beseech you unlearn all that you have learnt. Be children again, so that you are acceptable to The Divinity so that, so long as you have got pride of your intellect, pride of your learning, pride of your physical prowess, pride of any art, any thing you have , you are doomed. They are all The Divine Mother's gifts, you are trespassing into somebody else's property.

All of us have waited for countless births for this opportunity that we shall get human birth and we shall get The Divine Mother as our saviour. And that opportunity has come now. No one among us should miss this opportunity. If we miss it, we again may take thousands of lives to come to this state again. Don't let this opportunity slip away. I warn you. You will not get this opportunity for tens of thousands of lives again. I emphasize again and again. We have waited for, ,we have sought this opportunity for thousands and thousand of our lives and births. We have got this opportunity now. Do not let it go. Hold fast to The Hand of The Divine Mother, who will ferry us across this ocean of this life and death. Beware, no one should be deluded. No one should miss this opportunity. Be resolute, we'll never never come what may let this opportunity slip away.

In Spirituality ,forget that two into two is four. It is nonsense. In the worldly education, they teach you, you do this, do this and these results will be obtained. When you come to the spiritual path, the first lesson we give is , forget about it Mr. This is all nonsense. By doing this no results will be obtained. All the results are the gifts of the Divine Mother. Tow into two never makes four (2 X 2 = 4) in spiritualism. Try! Try! Anyone of you can try. Two into two will never make four in spirituality. In the world it will make four. But here two into two, for some people will make ten million and tow into two for some people will be zero. Try! Some people used to tell me, we take ten thousand divine names a day, twenty thousand divine names a day. But I have seen them on their deathbed, being whisked away by Yama. There is no place for human intellect human brain, human mind. In the realm of the spirit, the intellect and the mind are being worked form behind, by that Supreme Power. And the mind and the intellect can only know and understand if that Power wants it to know. And as much as it wants the intellect to understand, only that much the mind and the intellect can understand as much The Divine has willed. The intellect has not got the power and capacity to look back to the One who is working.

As Jesus Christ has said, "Thou can enter the kingdom of Heaven only as child". Our Holy Divine Mother has Her own wonderful way of making children of grown ups. And that way is this....

The individual soul cannot contain herself / himself when infinite Power. Infinite Shakti enters the finite body. This is the state of Ecastasy, inaffable joy. About this state lord Sri Krishna said, "He who gets into this state of ecastasy, loses consciousness of his own body. He is lost in Divine consciousness. That being not only purifies his own self, his family, his class, his country but the whole world. And I walk behind hi, so that my form gets the dust of his holy feet and I also get purified. " This is the message of the Lord of this ecastile stage. Which you are seeing just now. You feel as if toys made of clay are being moved hither and thither by that infinite Supreme Power. With no consciousness of the finite being for the time being, they are merged in the infinity. However temporary this phenomenon may be, but it washes away the sins of countless births, countless lives. It flushes down the dirt of countless births, This Cosmic Force is a Conscious Force. This Cosmic Force, this Cosmic Power, which is moving our bodies is a Conscious Power, Conscious Force, doing everything with a purpose, Divine purpose, in fulfillment of some Divine Purpose. Blessed are they, in whose forms The Holy Divine Mother plays the Divine Game. This arouses in us the love of the child for The Divine Mother, the love of the finite soul for The Supreme Infinity. The Lord said, "This is the state of almost bliss. " Lord Sir Sai Baba Says, "When the jeeva is lost in rapture, in The Divine contemplation, in The Divine mould he is in the state of bliss."

Penance is not fasting. Fasting of food does not take you very far. What is required is complete eradication of this false foul sense of separateness, this ego 'I' The greatest tapasya, the greatest penance therefore is to get rid of this 'I'. You alone are everything, Divine Mother! I am nothing. I am the engine, You are the driver. I am the machine, You are the mechanic. This is real tapasya. You make me act, You make me do things. Even when I lift my arm, it is You my Divine Mother, who makes me do that. Even when I lift my foot to take a step, it is you my Divine Mother who makes me do that. What can the dead skeleton do? You are the Conscious, Supreme conscious Power, which is activating all forms; when every thing is taking shape taking place by Your Will and Power and Command, my Dear Divine Mother, then where on earth is there anything which is so called bad for me, not good for me, not auspicious for me. When You have taken charge of my body, when I have left myself in Your charge, in Your Divine lap whatever happens, seemingly good, seemingly bad in the phenomenal world is all auspicious for me. That very moment when I offered myself in all sincerity at Your Lotus Feet at Your Altar, that every moment all inauspiciousness fled away. Now there is nothing inauspicious left in my life. Whatever happens, will happen according to destiny, according to Divine Will, everything is most auspicious, most welcome to me. Because You alone are The Doer. You alone are incharge of this body, mind, intellect and soul. It was the most blessed moment of millions of my life, when I reached Your Lotus Feet. Because you are The Redeeemer of mankind.
